What are some of your favorite websites? What can you do on them?

Favourites! We all have one of those, whether it’s that shoe you can’t let go off or that dress you simply refuse to outgrow. Maybe it’s the person you would rather miss an event than go out without or the celebrity you never get tired of celebrating. In my list of favourite things, I decide to bring up my favourite websites. Just like you and your favourites, these websites are my favourite for a reason- actually, different reasons. You may like that shoe because it’s comfy and especially on days where you may decide to trace your roots as a Christian and find out what pilgrimage was like for Moses and the Israelites, you know you’ll get to your Canaan without pain. That’s what the Pinterest website is to me, it’s the website I know I can walk through without getting tired. Surfing through like a pilgrimage, there’s absolutely nothing I will not find, everything from clothing, education or skin care, Pinterest is my favourite shoe!

My favourite website is edX. edX offers me the opportunity to learn new things at my own pace and from the comfort of my home, at no charge! My favourite dress is edX. I can simply never outgrow it, it fits perfectly all the time, maybe because just like you and your dress, this website gives me that confidence and assurance that I have got this and I can handle it all. I get knowledge from this website and I’m able to navigate through life with this website. edX offers me the opportunity to learn new things at my own pace and from the comfort of my home, at no charge! How great is that? I don’t need to have a background in a particular field of study to take courses on edX, this website provides and brings the world right at my doorstep. I feel like I have travelled every part of the world whenever I take a course offered by a University from that country available on edX.

Just like how you follow that celebrity on all social media channels, yeah, Free Code Camp offers you the opportunity to follow programming courses you’re passionate about. This right here is why this website is my celebrity I never get tired of celebrating. On this website, I get to see how greatly lives are being transformed and how most people get the opportunity to do something they love even though they have absolutely no background in the field of programming.

You may not agree with my choices and selections or feel my favourites are a bit awkward but that is the beauty of life, we all have opinions and it’s okay to be different. Beauty they say lies in the eyes of the beholder, besides what’s the fun in being another statistic? Stand out and own your favourites boldly without fear or trembling. Oh and maybe you’ve a favourite category I didn’t mention, but I will definitely get to it if you tell me about that category.
