WE DO?

Developers in Vogue aims at creating a relevant community of amazing African women who are passionate about using technology to revolutionize Africa and beyond.

HERE'S WHY

DIV ROCKS!

We started Developers in Vogue with one objective: to provide more opportunities in the tech ecosystem for African women. A year on and we’re still actively pursuing this!

In the past year, ladies who have gone through our training have accepted job offers from companies like Microsoft, Stanbic Bank, Hubtel, Vodafone, AgroCenta and others.

But guess what? We’re just getting started!

SOME

TESTIMONIALS

"AgroCenta reached out to DIV when we were looking for developers and didn’t want to go through the usual talent hunt hustle. They hit us back with one of their girls. We interviewed her, liked her, hired her. She has been a very good choice of a hire. Smart. Eager to learn and get tasks done. Thanks to the DIV team for handpicking a good dev for us and saving us some scouting time."

"PEG Ghana has had the opportunity to partner with Developers in Vogue in creating awareness around women in tech and also supporting initiatives like introducing and teaching principles around data science and Analysis. Through Developers in Vogue, we have been able to recruit team members in our data team. I strongly endorse them as an institution that is driving positive and active social action by teaching and encouraging more women to take up STEM opportunities. PEG Ghana is looking forward to more partnerships with Dev in Vogue."

June Seif

Data and Engineering Manager, PEG Africa

"In 2018, one of our key goals was to recruit more women into our tech and entrepreneurship training program. To do this, we did not have to look too far in Ghana, as we had worked with Developers in Vogue in the past, and were convinced of the quality of female talent within its community. We ended up with recruiting a significant number of strong women from DIV into the MEST training program and they continue to be a testament to the incredible work that goes on behind the scenes at DIV."
