At the time we had the idea for DiV, we knew no one and no one knew us. Even during the moments when things were difficult, we didn’t give up; we kept pushing.
I look back and I’m so glad I took this path. I’m excited that I allowed my life to be used to positively impact many other African women and girls. What keeps me up at night is the passion I have to be a role model to these women and girls. Through my story, I’m saying: “If I could do it, you can do it too!”
Programs and Community Manager
Nana Efua Benyaw
What I love most about DiV is that as a team, our focus is on results vs hours or exact location of work. As the Programs and Community Manager, seeing the impact we have made in the lives of these women and girls in less than a year makes me want to do more for the organization.
At DiV all my team members are hard working and we all make sacrifices to take DiV to the next. We also have a CEO who is very analytical and is good at surprises.
Partnerships and Outreach Manager
At DiV, we train African women in the latest technologies and connect them to life changing opportunities in the tech ecosystem. I love DiV solely because of who we are; we don’t just say it, we do it.
Visit our social media platforms and see the lives we have positively impacted. Our ladies are getting job placements, starting their own companies, giving back to society and overall, being awesome! Our sisterhood is connected and our volunteers are always willing and ready to assist.
Digital Engagement Associate
DiV is one of very few organizations in Ghana that takes the professional development of ladies very personal. I love DiV because we go the extra mile to bring out the best in our ladies.
Confidence is built through our training and programs and this inspires a lot of other ladies to want to be part of our community.
